安琳,来自于内蒙古自治区呼伦贝尔市。2016年9月至2020年6月就读于吉林大学计算机科学与技术专业。本科学习期间,一直以努力学好计算机专业知识从而帮助解决生物问题为信念,研究生阶段准备从事医学图像配准方面的研究。爱好书法、国画,平时也喜欢读书、跑步。

An Lin comes from Hulunbeier City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.From September 2016 to June 2020, she studied computer science and technology at Jilin University. During the undergraduate study, she has always believed in working hard to learn computer professional knowledge to help solve biological problems. She prepares for research in medical image registration at the graduation level.She likes calligraphy and Chinese painting.

Hello, this is Qun Chen, a PhD candidate for biology engineering, I got my bachelor’s degree from Anhui Medical University, and master’s degree from SIBS. My research interest is still on its way, but cell imaging and protein structure are really cool, also transcriptomics and something related to the bio-information still attract me. Personally, I pretty like going for a walk on the playground, and also enjoy outdoor cycling, 120 km is the longest cycling distance.

Qian loves swimming, kayaking, singing, karting, traveling, and her kitty called Lambor. She currently works on CRISPR/Cas system and virus detection, and she is interested in the total internal reflection fluorescence microscope as well.

My name is Hu Qiuyue. I am a graduate student of 2020. I graduated from Zhongshan School of Medicine of Sun Yat-sen University. My hobbies include singing, reading, traveling and so on. Research:MRI/CT medical image processing based on deep learning

My name is Yifeng Xie, and my major is control science and engineering. My previous research is mainly on computer image processing, including gesture recognition, object detection, background removal, etc. I hope to integrate more medical images and biological information based on my previous work.

My research direction is to study the automatic classification and segmentation of the medical images based on deep learning. In addition, I also participate in the generation of biological images by using GAN. The last one is to predict stroke from electrocardiograms by deep neural network.

我的研究方向有三个部分,一是将医疗行为与机械自动化相结合,开发医疗机器人。二是建立虚拟现实手术平台和虚拟现实生物实验操作软件。最后,开发针对帕金森等神经系统疾病的电生理导航系统。

我的生活很简单,我最大的兴趣就是吃饭和睡觉。我也喜欢游泳,但不擅长。我希望把有限的时间投入到科研中去。

My major is Electrical and Mechanical Control Engineering, and I hope to combine machinery with biology, and transform theory into practice.

My research direction has three parts, one is to combine medical behavior with mechanical automation, and develop medical robots. The other is to establish virtual reality surgery platform and virtual reality biological experiment operating software. The last one is to develop the electrophysiological navigation system for neurological diseases such as Parkinson.

My life is very simple, and my biggest interests are eating and sleeping. I like swimming too, but not good at it. I hope to devote my limited time to scientific research.
